At aiToggler, we prioritize your privacy, giving you full control over your data. Your data is stored exclusively on your device unless you interact with services requiring cloud storage or processing. We use data related to third-party API calls (like OpenAI or Gemini) only for calculating usage-based charges.

We do not collect personal information unless you provide it for account management or billing purposes. Apart from a simple ping to check for service availability when you open the app, we do not gather telemetry data.

aiToggler connects to the internet to check for software updates, process API calls for your usage, browse, download models, or use the Real-Time Data feature.

Content you save locally using aiToggler apps is not sent to or stored by us unless required for processing API requests you initiate.

aiToggler offers a Free License for personal, non-commercial use, and a Standard License for all features, including external API usage, with charges based on actual usage.

You may cancel your Standard License anytime, but charges for usage up to cancellation will apply. Refunds are not available as billing is usage-based.

Each Standard License can be used on up to five devices concurrently, with usage calculated per API call.
