Welcome to aiToggler

Thanks for using aiToggler, a service by SmartUnit. By using our app or website, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. Purchases are secured and processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.

License and Access

Upon your compliance with these Terms, aiToggler grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services options:

Free Tier

Allows use for personal, non-commercial activities with limited features.

Paid Subscriptions

Provides access to premium features on a recurring billing cycle (e.g., monthly or yearly). Subscriptions function as follows:

  • Billing: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each period unless cancelled.
  • AI Credits: You receive an allocation of AI credits at the start of each billing month (for both Monthly and Yearly plans). These credits are used to generate content/chat with AI models.

Lifetime License

Provides perpetual access to the software versions and premium features available at the time of purchase for a one-time fee.

  • AI Credits: The Lifetime License comes with a one-time grant of AI credits at the time of purchase. It does not include a recurring monthly replenishment of credits.
  • Updates: Includes lifetime updates for all future software versions of the app.
  • Cloud Sync Limitation: In the event that an "Automatic Cloud Sync" feature (synchronizing data between devices via our servers) is released, Lifetime License holders are entitled to this service for 1 year from the release of the feature. Continued use of server-side sync after one year may require a separate subscription due to ongoing server costs.

Service Participation

By using aiToggler, you agree to participate in our service and to follow the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

Security and Data

We take security seriously, but we can’t promise 100% protection. Please keep your data safe on your side too.

Cancellations and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information on refund eligibility.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the management portal provided in your purchase email (Lemon Squeezy) or inside the app. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.

Lifetime License Guarantee

If you are not happy with your Lifetime License, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

Service Availability

We aim for 24/7 service, but we can’t guarantee it. No refunds will be issued for temporary downtime.

Usage Limits

Fair usage policies may apply to prevent abuse of the system. We reserve the right to limit or throttle accounts that generate excessive traffic that impacts the stability of the service for others.

Feature Changes

We reserve the right to alter, add, or remove features or services, which might affect the functionality of the app. Users will be notified of significant changes.

Legal Information

aiToggler Services is operated by SmartUnit. Using aiToggler doesn’t mean you're our partner, employee, or agent. It’s just a license to use our product.
