Thank you for choosing aiToggler. Payments for aiToggler are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Please read our refund policy regarding our different plan types below.

Subscriptions

We do not offer refunds on subscription payments.

Our subscriptions (Monthly and Yearly) provide immediate access to premium features and a recurring allocation of AI credits. Because these credits and features are available instantly, we cannot offer refunds once a billing period has started.

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time to prevent future charges. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Unused Credits: Policies regarding the rollover or expiration of unused monthly credits are defined in your specific plan details.

Lifetime Licenses

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on Lifetime Licenses.

If you are not satisfied with your Lifetime License purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.

  • Condition: Refund requests made after the 14-day period has elapsed are not eligible.
  • Effect: Upon procesing a refund, your Lifetime License will be revoked, and any remaining AI credits associated with that license will be forfeited.

How to Request a Refund

Please include your Order ID (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt) and the email address used for purchase.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Secure payment processing is provided by Lemon Squeezy.
